Privacy Policy

PULSΞ ("we", "the terminal") is an AI market-intelligence product. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

What we collect

• Account — username and a hashed password (bcrypt). We never store passwords in plaintext.
• Wallet — if you link a Solana wallet, we store its public address and a verification timestamp. We never request or hold your private keys or seed phrase; signing is read-only and authorizes no transactions.
• Activity — basic event logs (login, logout, actions), IP address, and user-agent, used for security and abuse prevention.
• Usage data — agent prompts, missions, and chat you submit, stored to provide history and improve responses.

What we do NOT collect

• Private keys, seed phrases, or custody of your funds.
• Off-platform browsing or third-party tracking profiles.

Third-party services

To provide market data and AI features we send necessary requests to providers such as CoinGecko, DexScreener, an LLM provider, and a Solana RPC endpoint (for public balance reads). These providers process data under their own policies. Public on-chain data (wallet balances, transactions) is inherently public.

How we use data

• To authenticate you and resolve your $PLSX hold-to-access tier.
• To generate signals, breakdowns, and agent missions.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

Retention

Account and wallet records persist while your account is active. Generated signals are pruned automatically (older entries removed on a schedule). You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Your choices

• Unlink your wallet at any time from the terminal.
• Request account deletion by contacting us.
